Shanxi Qianjun Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2001. After more than two decades of development and transformation, the company has grown into a leading enterprise in China’s automotive aluminum alloy components sector, specializing in providing high-quality aluminum alloy cylinder head blanks and finished products for both domestic and international mainstream automakers.

The company operates two manufacturing facilities covering an area of over 300 mu and employing more than 750 people. Factory No. 1 is equipped with a fully integrated casting and machining system: it has four robotic casting units and three fully automated cleaning and finishing units, with an annual raw casting capacity reaching up to 650,000 units. Additionally, it features two intelligent machining production lines and seven specialized assembly lines, enabling stable annual output of over 550,000 finished products and efficiently meeting customers’ bulk order requirements. Factory No. 2 commenced construction in 2023; upon full completion and commissioning, it will have an annual production capacity of 1.2 million automotive engine cylinder heads, 500,000 electric vehicle motor housings, 200,000 subframes, and 100,000 rail transit motor end covers—totaling 2 million castings, both raw and finished. Currently, the first-phase project’s factory buildings have been completed. Two production lines in the casting workshop have been built and put into operation, four production lines in the machining workshop have begun mass production, and the coated-sand workshop’s production line has been fully completed and is now operational, capable of producing 300,000 automotive engine cylinder heads annually.

The company is a “High-Tech Enterprise,” an Enterprise Technology Center of Shanxi Province, a “Specialized, Fine, and New Small and Medium-sized Enterprise” in Shanxi Province, and a “Benchmark Project for Intelligent Manufacturing in Shanxi Province.” It has been included as a “Key Industrial Chain Enterprise in Shanxi Province” within the province’s refined processing industrial chain for aluminum and magnesium. For three consecutive years, it has been recognized as an Outstanding Supplier by BYD.

For a long time, the company has been providing bulk supplies of cylinder head blanks and finished products to China’s leading automakers, including BYD Auto, Geely Auto, and Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor.
