Abundant achievements pave the way for a new journey—The phase summary meeting of the Qianjun Intelligent Lean Project was successfully held.

On December 29, 2025, Shanxi Qianjun Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. held a grand interim summary meeting for its Lean Project. Centered around the theme of “Summarizing, Sharing, and Planning,” the meeting comprehensively reviewed the project’s practical journey and remarkable achievements over the past six months since its launch, and outlined a roadmap for deepening and advancing the project in the next phase. General Manager Mr. Han, specially invited consultant Professor Xie, heads of various departments, and outstanding employees gathered together to discuss improvements and jointly chart the course for future development.

The conference vividly showcased the company’s dynamic lean transformation through a captivating video recap, sharing of key improvement proposals, presentation of initiatives aimed at reducing costs and boosting efficiency, and a grand awards ceremony honoring outstanding proposals.
At the meeting, the Lean Promotion Office delivered a systematic summary report, clearly outlining the project’s comprehensive trajectory in terms of goal management, implementation approaches, and key achievements. Data shows that since the project’s launch, employee enthusiasm for continuous improvement has surged, with a total of 438 proposals submitted to date—among them, 67 were identified as priority proposals, expected to generate annualized savings of 3.512 million yuan. Specialized improvement initiatives have yielded remarkable results; some completed projects have already achieved annualized savings of up to 383,500 yuan. The on-site environment has been completely transformed, and production capacity and quality indicators have steadily improved. Lean principles have gradually become integrated into daily operations.
