The company’s testing center and materials laboratory are equipped with 53 high-end testing and R&D devices, including direct-reading spectrometers, German-imported three-coordinate measuring machines, 100-kN microcomputer-controlled electronic universal testing machines, MC006 series inverted brightfield and darkfield metallurgical microscopes, and X-ray flaw detectors.

Detection and improvement
In terms of quality inspection, we have implemented an automated data collection and quality traceability system by employing laser tracking measurement, intelligent high-efficiency strength and fatigue testing, intelligent analysis equipment, and QR codes, thereby achieving intelligent online inspection.
Currently, the casting system’s inspection laboratory is equipped with specialized testing and inspection equipment, including a direct-reading spectrometer, metallographic atlas analyzer, X-ray flaw detector, three-coordinate measuring machine, real-time X-ray imaging inspection system, cleanliness testing equipment, intelligent molding material gas evolution tester, and an intelligent thermal instrumentation calibration system.
In 2019, our company purchased a domestically advanced X-ray digital imaging system for detecting hidden internal defects in aluminum alloy castings and finished products.
