Thanks to our company’s sustained investment in technological innovation over the past several years, we have developed more than 60 types of automotive engine cylinder heads and have mastered the production and design technologies for fourth-generation aluminum alloy cylinder heads. We have thus made solid technical preparations for the implementation of China VI-A standards in 2020 and China VI-B standards in 2023. Some of our products have already achieved industry-leading performance levels.

Outstanding R&D capabilities
Since its establishment, the company has consistently focused on technological innovation and process improvement as its core strategies. It has established an R&D system comprising a Machining Technology Office, a Casting Technology Office, and a Technology Center, enabling it to develop new products in parallel with complete machine manufacturers and stay at the forefront of industry technology. The R&D Technology Center currently employs 36 R&D personnel and is equipped with specialized research and development facilities, including a direct-reading spectrometer, metallographic image analyzer, X-ray flaw detector, three-coordinate measuring machine, real-time X-ray imaging inspection system, cleanliness testing equipment, intelligent molding material gas evolution tester, and an intelligent thermal instrumentation calibration system. While continuously enhancing its technologies and optimizing processes, the company also places great emphasis on integrating its accumulated experience with digital operations, effectively integrating advanced design and simulation technologies with manufacturing processes. This approach enables simultaneous development, prototyping, and manufacturing with customers. The R&D Technology Center has been recognized as a “Shanxi Province-Accredited Enterprise Technology Center.”

Since its establishment, under the guidance of the business philosophy of “Cast fine products with Qian Jun Premium Concept, build a renowned aluminum industry brand“, the company has continuously developed and improved its own technical system. It has formed a relatively complete technical system in the fields of casting process design, mold design and production, aluminum alloy composition testing and hazardous element control, and subsequent casting production, machining, product testing and other production processes, including simulation technology, intelligent integrated preparation technology, energy saving and emission reduction, resource recycling technology, and online testing technology.
