French Enterprises Pair Up in a “1+1” Initiative: Rule of Law Safeguards the Path to Intelligent Manufacturing

To thoroughly implement the state’s policies on optimizing the business environment and supporting enterprise development, and to ensure the effective and substantive rollout of the “1+1” paired assistance mechanism between courts and enterprises, recently, Chief Justice Li KuiKui of the Yongji City People’s Court, accompanied by his delegation, conducted an on-site visit to Shanxi Qianjun Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. During the visit, they held a face-to-face discussion with General Manager Han Yongjun, precisely aligned with the company’s judicial needs, and leveraged professional judicial expertise to provide robust legal support for the enterprise’s smart manufacturing initiatives.
Accompanied by General Manager Han Yongjun, Vice President Li conducted an on-site inspection of the company’s production workshops. In the product exhibition area, General Manager Han Yongjun briefed Vice President Li on the company’s R&D strengths in core components and their market applications. Vice President Li highly commended Qianjun Intelligent Manufacturing’s technological prowess and achievements in the field of intelligent manufacturing.
Vice President Li carefully listened to the enterprises’ concerns and, in light of the court’s enforcement functions, provided detailed answers and clarifications to each of the legal questions raised. He stated that, taking this pairing-assistance initiative as an opportunity, the court will establish a regular communication mechanism, conduct periodic “rule-of-law health checks,” and offer comprehensive, one-stop judicial services across the entire value chain. These efforts will help prevent legal risks at the source, efficiently resolve enterprise-related disputes, and effectively alleviate the difficulties faced by businesses.
General Manager Han Yongjun, on behalf of Qianjun Intelligent Manufacturing, expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Yongji City People’s Court and Vice President Li for their targeted pairing and supportive services.
