Strengthening the Safety Defense Line to Safeguard Safe Development — Qianjun Intelligent Manufacturing Conducts a Specialized Inspection of All‑Area Production Safety Hazards
Release time:
12 Jun,2026
This June marks the 15th National Work Safety Month. To stay firmly aligned with the month’s theme, further strengthen safety accountability, identify and address risks and hazards, and resolutely prevent and curb all types of safety incidents, Qianjun Intelligent Manufacturing recently organized a comprehensive special inspection campaign on work‑safety hazards, led by General Manager Yang and coordinated with the Safety and Environmental Protection Office and department heads from Factory No. 2. Adopting an approach characterized by “full coverage, zero tolerance, strict enforcement, and a focus on tangible results,” the company is working to build a robust safety defense across the entire plant site.
Comprehensive, all‑encompassing inspections leave no blind spots, with on‑the‑ground teams directly identifying potential hazards.
This targeted inspection adhered to the principles of “full‑area coverage and prioritization of key areas,” conducting a comprehensive, thorough review of production zones, equipment operating sites, fire‑safety facilities, electrical and gas usage, and management of external personnel. The inspection team went directly to the production floor, focusing on critical aspects such as compliance with operational procedures, safe equipment maintenance and operation, worker conduct, proper use of personal protective equipment, and supervision of high‑risk tasks. Each item was meticulously checked to ensure no potential hazard was overlooked and no issue was left unaddressed. Following a full‑scale on‑site assessment, numerous safety hazards and compliance violations were identified, primarily including unauthorized and haphazard wiring in production areas, failure to display required warning signs during equipment maintenance, improper use of protective gear, single‑person execution of high‑risk operations without supervision, inadequate cleaning of electrical cabinets, and lax control over access for external visitors. All identified hazards have been documented on site, with clear records of their locations, risk levels, and assigned remediation responsibilities, ensuring complete accountability, transparent reporting, and full traceability.
Tighten oversight and ensure implementation; refine measures to address shortcomings.
In response to the potential hazards and management gaps identified during inspections, the company, in alignment with the requirements of Safety Production Month, has established four key control measures to rigorously and meticulously strengthen on-site safety management: First, we are reinforcing regulatory accountability and closely monitoring on-site operations. Management personnel across all departments are taking a proactive leadership role, conducting regular patrols, and promptly addressing violations such as unsafe practices and complacency, thereby reducing safety risks at their source. Second, we are standardizing work procedures and strictly adhering to established protocols. Standardized operating procedures must be strictly followed, and for high-risk tasks, measures such as lockout/tagout and dedicated on-site supervision are mandatory, ensuring that safety red lines are firmly upheld. Third, we are strengthening personnel management and maintaining orderly conditions within the plant area. Unauthorized lingering or resting in production zones and around equipment is strictly prohibited; designated rest areas have been uniformly standardized to eliminate safety hazards arising from uncontrolled personnel presence. Fourth, focusing on the unique challenges of summer, we are bolstering heat‑prevention safeguards. In light of the realities of safe production during periods of extreme heat, we have standardized the issuance, registration, and use of heat‑relief supplies such as Huoxiang Zhengqi Water, thereby protecting employees’ health and solidifying the foundation for safe operations throughout the summer season.
Closed-loop rectification fosters lasting effectiveness; persistent vigilance ensures safety.
Zero tolerance for safety hazards, with no exceptions in implementing corrective measures. In response to all issues identified during this inspection, each responsible department has taken ownership of each item, set strict deadlines for rectification, and ensured closed-loop closure of cases. At the same time, they have conducted internal self-inspections and self-corrections, drawing broader lessons from these findings to resolutely prevent the recurrence of similar problems.
Going forward, the company will take the 15th National Safety Production Month as an opportunity to further institutionalize hazard identification and remediation, standardize on-site management, and ensure that responsibilities are clearly defined and effectively implemented. It will continue to strengthen safety awareness across all employees, refine safety control measures throughout the entire process, and comprehensively reinforce the safety production safeguard system, thereby providing a solid foundation for the enterprise’s high‑quality, sustainable, and safe, stable development.
