To ensure the well-being of frontline employees and convey the company’s heartfelt care, Qianjun Intelligent Manufacturing Plant No. 2 allocated a special portion of its corporate incentive fund to carefully procure a batch of heat‑relieving supplies. Amidst the relentless summer heat, department heads at Plant No. 2 went directly to the front lines, personally handing each employee a refreshing popsicle, offering a cool respite to those steadfastly holding their posts under the sweltering sun.
Upon receiving these thoughtful summer‑relief supplies, employees enthusiastically shared that being able to enjoy a refreshing ice cream at their workstations during the sweltering heat has greatly enhanced their sense of happiness and belonging. The “Summer Coolness” initiative will continue to be rolled out in a variety of engaging formats.
