On August 18, Liang Jinghua, Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions; Zhang Jianyuan, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the Yuncheng Municipal People’s Congress and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions; Xie Peng, Secretary of the Yongji Municipal Party Committee; along with relevant officials from the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, the Yuncheng Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, and the Yongji Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, paid a field visit to our company for on-site inspection and research.

The research team visited the enterprise’s production workshops, model-worker innovation studios, and employee activity centers, gaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s efforts in trade union organization building, safeguarding workers’ rights and interests, cultivating a skilled workforce, and translating technological innovations into practical applications. They expressed full recognition of the company’s solid progress in strengthening its workforce, deepening corporate culture development, and actively supporting local industrial growth.
On the morning of August 19, the collective wedding event titled “Uniting for a Harmonious Marriage and a Fine Family Tradition, Building Dreams Together in the New Era” was held at Yongji Pujiu Temple, a sacred site of love culture. Liang Jinghua and his delegation attended the ceremony and officiated the newlyweds. At the invitation of the Yongji City Federation of Trade Unions, our company sent a delegation of 20 employee representatives to participate in the event.
At the event site, ancient melodies filled the air and the atmosphere was vibrant, allowing employee representatives to experience up close the charm of traditional folk culture and appreciate the profound heritage of fine family values. This initiative served both as a cultural enrichment and a practical lesson in family‑oriented education, further cultivating civilized family traditions among employees, strengthening team cohesion, and inspiring them to uphold exemplary family values in their work, striving to deliver tangible results from their posts.
