On August 19, Shanxi Qianjun Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. officially launched its “Learning for Quality, Competing with Craftsmanship” quality‑knowledge competition. Heads of all departments and employee representatives gathered on site to witness the opening of this grand knowledge‑sharing event dedicated to quality.
On August 19, Shanxi Qianjun Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. officially launched its “Learning for Quality, Competing with Craftsmanship” quality‑knowledge competition. Heads of all departments and employee representatives gathered on site to witness the opening of this grand knowledge‑sharing event centered on quality.
This competition adopts a dual-track format: “open online selection for all employees plus on-site competition.” In the preliminary stage, all employees participate in an offline quiz-based screening that covers core knowledge areas such as quality systems, inspection standards, and defect management, fostering learning through assessment and applying what is learned to real-world practice, thereby ensuring that quality principles are firmly embedded at every level of the organization. The top performers from the preliminary round will compete for the top three spots in the individual event, while the outstanding contestants will form departmental teams to advance to the on-site knowledge contest, where they will vie in a variety of formats, comprehensively evaluating both their overall quality‑related expertise and their ability to apply it in practical scenarios.
The competition’s content is closely aligned with real-world production, focusing on key areas such as the IATF 16949 quality management system, process inspection standards, identification and control of common defects, and procedures for handling nonconforming products. It aims to encourage employees to shift from a mindset of “I am required to ensure quality” to “I strive for quality.” In their opening remarks, company leaders emphasized that quality is the cornerstone of an enterprise’s survival and growth, and expressed the hope that all employees will seize this opportunity to diligently study quality-related knowledge, rigorously hone their job-specific skills, and integrate quality awareness into every detail of their daily work.
